My goal is to help you change the way you think about exercise and make it a positive and  rewarding experience. The good news is you don’t have to spend countless hours in the gym to get the body you want. I will teach you how you can achieve your wellness goals by maximizing your time in the gym and through a healthy approach to nutrition.

Whether your personal goal is to lose weight, build a strong core, increase range of motion and flexibility, or to gain muscle strength I can help you achieve it! My program has helped many reduce stress, over come plateaus, manage chronic pain, increase energy, and build self-confidence back.

About Jessica

Jessica is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in the Tampa Bay area. As an athlete and fitness enthusiast growing up, she has always believed that living an active lifestyle is the key to being fit for life. She is extremely passionate about helping others not only reach their goals but also more importantly change their lifestyle behaviors to live a healthier, longer, and more balanced life.  These passions led her to achieving her education through the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science specializing in Human Performance. 

 

With over 16 years in the fitness industry starting as a trainer at a local YMCA, working as a personal trainer for the Ritz-Carlton, Florida Hospital,  and now currently working for the Vinoy. Her specializations include weight loss training, nutrition, wellness coaching, corrective exercise and injury prevention, strength and conditioning, TRX, and flexibility training.
